About the role
Lead the Tax function across MTN Nigeria and subsidiaries, providing strategic tax advice and managing tax compliance and disputes. Build team capabilities and oversee tax strategy, governance, and risk management.
What you’ll do
• Provide strategic tax advice on business decisions. • Represent MTN before tax authorities and resolve disputes. • Maintain tax risk register and control framework. • Oversee tax compliance and reporting. • Lead tax technology and data integration initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• First Degree in Accounting or related discipline. • Full professional membership of ICAN, CITN, or ACCA. • Minimum 12 years tax experience including senior management. • Experience in telecommunications or regulated sectors. • Fluency in written and spoken English.
