About the role
Lead and manage the Oceania region's strategy, customers, and commercial results. Report directly to the CEO and influence cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
• Own regional strategy, budget, and commercial results. • Build and run regional operating rhythm and alignment. • Drive pipeline health and forecast accuracy. • Shape hiring and performance conversations. • Represent INNERGY in-region and provide market feedback.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in B2B software with regional/business unit ownership. • Experience delivering results through matrix teams. • Ownership of budget, contribution margin, and forecasting. • Fluency in SaaS metrics like ARR and retention. • Based in Australia or New Zealand with US hours overlap.
