About the role
Lead and grow Flex's construction business sector, owning strategy, partnerships, product priorities, and P&L. Build Flex as the primary financial institution for construction owners.
What you’ll do
• Own sector P&L and report weekly. • Identify and cover key sector influencers. • Originate business through direct outreach. • Structure and manage sector partnerships. • Set product agenda for construction sector.
What you’ll bring
• 7-12 years in banking, credit, equity, or senior construction role. • Active network of 50+ construction leaders. • Understand contractor payments and capital cycles. • Skilled in partnership structuring and negotiation. • Proficient in financial modeling and unit economics.
