About the role
Monitor and investigate transactions to detect and prevent fraud. Act quickly on suspicious activity to keep payments safe.
What you’ll do
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior team members. • Identify fraud trends and share insights to improve detection. • Prepare reports on fraud activity and case outcomes. • Handle fraud-related inquiries from customers and merchants. • Monitor transactions and fraud alerts in real time.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience in fraud monitoring. • Strong attention to detail and clear communication. • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to projects. • Strong analytical skills to spot patterns and make decisions. • Willingness to work weekends and night shifts.
