About the role
Manage and evolve core FP&A functions including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Partner with BI and data teams to automate analysis and provide insights to executives and board.
What you’ll do
• Own and evolve core operating models and scenario analysis. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and ensure forecast accuracy. • Deliver monthly reporting packages for executives and board. • Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance metrics. • Partner with BI and data engineering to automate analysis.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or equity research. • Experience with financial modeling and planning software. • Fluency with modern AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT. • Clear, conclusion-first communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
