Lead talent acquisition across multiple departments at Suppli. Own the recruiting stack and drive candidate outreach to first calls.
What you’ll do
• Convert passive candidates into first calls. • Build qualified candidate lists quickly. • Own top-of-funnel candidate quality. • Partner closely with hiring managers. • Track and optimize recruiting funnel metrics.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years recruiting experience in-house or agency. • Proven success in cold outreach to senior candidates. • Full-cycle recruiting as solo individual contributor. • Engineering fluency for technical roles. • Daily use of AI tools for recruiting.
