Create, deploy, and optimize AI Agents that transform customers’ businesses and delight their customers. Own AI Agent outcomes and lead customer relationships to deliver high ROI.
What you’ll do
• Own AI Agent outcomes and define success metrics. • Manage deployment lifecycle from scoping to optimization. • Design and iterate AI agents with Forward Deployed Engineers. • Lead customer relationships and act as primary contact. • Facilitate workshops and gather feedback to improve platform.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in tech consulting, product, or customer success. • Hands-on work style with bias for action. • Experience leading complex deployments and customer relationships. • Strong technical understanding and systems thinking. • Comfortable with ambiguity in startup environments.
