About the role
Work directly with customers to design and deploy AI evaluation infrastructure. Help integrate evaluation pipelines into workflows for reliable outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Establish end-to-end evaluation pipelines with customers. • Help with data curation and define annotation schemes. • Set up and run evaluation experiments. • Integrate evaluation tooling with existing infrastructure. • Translate technical systems into usable workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with RAG, LLM pipelines, and agents. • Ability to work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer needs. • Skilled at navigating ambiguous setups. • Build structure in complex AI workflows.
