About the role
Work closely with strategic customers to resolve complex technical challenges and contribute production-quality code to GitLab's product. Drive AI adoption and create reusable technical guidance for long-term product improvements.
What you’ll do
• Contribute production-quality code and fixes to GitLab product. • Engage with strategic customers to diagnose and resolve adoption blockers. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive resolution. • Drive AI adoption and develop governance patterns. • Create technical narratives and thought leadership materials.
What you’ll bring
• Staff-level experience with complex production software systems. • Strong Ruby on Rails or Go experience. • Experience with AI-assisted software development and governance. • Deep knowledge of DevSecOps workflows and CI/CD. • Ability to coordinate across teams without formal authority.
