About the role
Ensure production of safe, high-quality cashew products meeting food safety standards. Oversee production, quality assurance, and documentation for consistency and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. • Oversee in-process production activities per approved procedures. • Measure and mix ingredients for product consistency. • Monitor production and packaging for efficiency and quality. • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field. • 2+ years experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance. • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Good documentation and commitment to quality.
