About the role
Manage food and beverage services ensuring prompt, efficient service and maintaining profit margins. Oversee cleanliness, staff presentation, and professional customer service in all dining and bar areas.
What you’ll do
• Ensure prompt and efficient meal and beverage service. • Maintain profit margins through cost control. • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of restaurants and bars. • Train and supervise waiters and barmen. • Act as Duty Manager when required.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc or HND in Hotel/Food Service Management. • Minimum four years relevant experience. • High integrity and strong leadership qualities. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Computer literate with basic accounting knowledge.
