About the role
Manage food and beverage operations ensuring professional service and efficient running of departments. Maintain profit margins and oversee staff training and presentation.
What you’ll do
• Train and supervise barmen and waiters. • Ensure bars and restaurants are clean and stocked. • Maintain profit margins through cost control. • Act as Duty Manager when required. • Oversee banqueting and room service operations.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc or HND in Hotel/Food Service Management. • Minimum 4 years relevant experience. • Ability to multitask across departments. • Computer literate with basic accounting knowledge. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
