About the role
Oversee vehicle operations to ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective, and efficient transportation.
What you’ll do
• Hire, train, and manage drivers, mechanics, and support staff. • Track expenses related to fuel, parts, labor, and insurance. • Design delivery routes and manage dispatch operations. • Enforce safety programs and monitor transport compliance. • Schedule maintenance and manage vehicle lifecycle.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Fleet Management Software and GPS telematics. • 3 to 5 years in fleet operations or transportation management. • Financial literacy and clear communication skills.
