About the role
Assist the Vehicle Fleet Manager with fleet administrative tasks including reporting, record keeping, and supervising registration processes. Ensure accurate fleet data management and support accident response procedures.
What you’ll do
• Carry out administrative tasks related to Fleet department. • Ensure monthly fleet data submission from field sites. • Enter data in Fleetwave system. • Prepare monthly fleet KPI reports. • Assist with accident response and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in transportation, logistics or relevant experience. • 2-3 years in fleet management or similar. • Strong computer skills including Word and Excel. • Good knowledge of local traffic laws and insurance practices. • Valid driving license B manual and work permit for Nigeria.
