About the role
The role involves reviewing and developing Fire & Gas system architectures and safety engineering for offshore platforms. It supports risk assessments and ensures compliance with safety standards.
What you’ll do
• Review Fire & Gas system architecture and alarm logic. • Conduct detector coverage studies for gas and fire detection. • Coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines. • Support risk assessments and safety system evaluations. • Review vendor documentation and support testing and commissioning.
What you’ll bring
• 8–12 years in technical safety or Fire & Gas engineering. • Experience with offshore platform design and commissioning. • Knowledge of detector coverage and hazard assessment. • Familiarity with IEC, API, NFPA standards. • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline.
