About the role
Lead financial management for the TAAT program ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting. Manage budgeting, accounting, internal controls, and supervise accounts staff.
What you’ll do
• Lead budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for the program. • Manage budget execution and control expenditures. • Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports. • Develop and update financial procedures manual. • Supervise financial management staff and liaise with auditors.
What you’ll bring
• Qualified accountant with recognized professional membership. • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience. • Master’s degree in accounting or related field. • Knowledge of IPSAS, IFRS, and donor disbursement procedures. • Experience with accounting software and financial reporting.
