About the role
Serve as the primary data expert bridging client teams and data analysis. Translate pharmacy benefit data into actionable financial insights for clients.
What you’ll do
• Conduct deep-dive data research and root-cause analysis. • Identify cost drivers and recommend plan design changes. • Liaise between Account Management and Reporting teams. • Interpret claims data for client presentations and reviews. • Ensure integrity of client-facing financial reports.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in healthcare data analysis or actuarial support. • Fluency in pharmacy benefits and rebate concepts. • Strong skills in Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Excel. • Ability to translate data into executive insights. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Healthcare Administration.
