About the role
Support finance and accounting activities for projects ensuring effective use of donor funds. Provide guidance, develop policies, and improve budgeting and monitoring.
What you’ll do
• Support finance and accounting activities per donor regulations. • Develop policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks. • Facilitate trainings and capacity building for team and partners. • Analyze budgeting and program implementation for improvements. • Lead month-end closure and reconcile project expenses.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. • Minimum 3 years experience in international development. • Excellent oral and written English skills. • Ability to work in cross-cultural environments. • Proficiency in business software and digital tools.
