About the role
The Finance Officer supports the Head of Finance in managing financial transactions and compliance for the EYN project. The role involves processing claims, maintaining records, and preparing reports in line with organizational policies.
What you’ll do
• Process employee claims and expenditures. • Check contractors' and suppliers' claims for compliance. • Maintain payment invoices and petty cash. • Prepare payment vouchers and bank reconciliations. • Submit donor reports and participate in audits.
What you’ll bring
• BSc in Accounting or Business Administration. • Minimum three years working experience. • Five credits including Maths and English. • Membership of professional body is advantage. • Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office.
