About the role
Assist Finance Officer/Manager in finance and cash management activities. Ensure secure cash handling and proper financial record keeping.
What you’ll do
• Ensure daily worker payments. • Guarantee cashbox security and confidentiality. • Process receipts and invoices for cash payments. • Manage cashbox and perform daily inventory. • Prepare and follow up pay-outs and cash advances.
What you’ll bring
• Comply with PUI finance regulations. • Record cash expenses daily. • Assist in audit preparations. • Manage physical and electronic finance archives. • Ensure cash security procedures are respected.
