About the role
Provide technical support, maintenance, and repairs for X-ray and trace detection equipment across Australia. Travel extensively to customer sites and deliver exceptional service.
What you’ll do
• Service, troubleshoot, maintain and repair detection systems. • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults. • Install and commission new equipment. • Provide onsite and remote technical support.
What you’ll bring
• Certificate III Trade Qualification or relevant degree. • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. • Minimum 3 years field service or technical support experience. • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills. • Current Australian driver's licence.
