About the role
Drive acquisition and conversion by managing and coaching a team of Field Sales Agents. Own recruitment pipelines and deliver regional acquisition targets.
What you’ll do
• Manage and coach Field Sales Agents daily. • Recruit and onboard new Field Sales Agents. • Drive regional acquisition targets and monitor activity. • Ensure process adherence and quality control. • Provide leadership with weekly performance reports.
What you’ll bring
• 4–5 years field sales or B2B sales experience. • 1–2 years team lead or supervisory experience. • Experience recruiting commission-based sales teams. • Proven track record meeting sales quotas. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
