What you’ll do
• Supervise mobile phlebotomists in one or more markets. • Assess work performance and appointment compliance. • Interview, hire, and onboard new phlebotomists. • Manage schedules, budgets, and team performance reviews. • Handle customer service and manager-level escalations.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years management experience required. • Phlebotomy certification from accredited agency required. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Reliable transportation and clean driving record. • Competency with Google applications and technology.
