About the role
The Field Auditor will improve operations by assessing risk management, control, and governance processes. The role involves audit reviews, compliance checks, and reporting to management.
What you’ll do
• Keep a check on processes and regulations. • Travel to different states for audit reviews. • Maintain communication with management and audit committee. • Conduct follow-up audits to monitor interventions. • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and accounting software. • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures. • Experience as an auditor in microfinance or lending. • HND/BSc in accounting, banking & finance or related field. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
