About the role
Manage construction costs, prepare cost estimates, monitor project expenditure, and ensure cost control across projects.
What you’ll do
• Conduct site inspections and assess work progress. • Evaluate contractors' quotations and payment applications. • Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, and final accounts. • Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents. • Support procurement, contract administration, and cost-saving initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Excel. • B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying or related qualification. • Professional certification or membership of recognised QS body is advantage. • Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, measurement, and cost control. • Relevant experience in building construction or real estate projects.
