About the role
Responsible for ensuring the organisation’s facilities, equipment and work environment are clean, safe, functional and properly maintained.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate maintenance vendors, technicians and contractors. • Monitor cleaning, sanitation, waste disposal and workplace conditions. • Conduct routine inspections and coordinate repairs. • Maintain records of repairs, inspections and incidents. • Ensure compliance with health, safety and security procedures.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND or Bachelor's in Facilities Management or related field. • Relevant experience in facility management or maintenance. • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and facility maintenance. • Ability to coordinate vendors and maintain records. • Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
