About the role
Legal Writers prepare and file writing-intensive immigration cases including O, EB-1A, EB-1B, NIW applications and RFE responses. They work closely with legal support staff to ensure successful case completion.
What you’ll do
• Collect and review documents from petitioners. • Conduct internet research for case facts. • Draft detailed case documents and RFE responses. • Compile and organize case exhibits. • Enter data accurately into management platforms.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record. • 3-5 years business immigration experience. • Proven effective writing ability. • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills. • Strong organization and computer skills.
