About the role
Manage and maintain the school's ICT infrastructure and provide technical support to staff and students. Ensure effective use of technology across the school and maintain systems and equipment.
What you’ll do
• Manage and maintain computers, network, printers, projectors, CCTV. • Provide timely technical support to staff, students and management. • Install, configure, update and troubleshoot hardware and software. • Monitor and maintain network, Wi-Fi and internet systems. • Train staff and students on ICT tools and platforms.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field. • 3-5 years experience in ICT support or systems administration. • Knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity. • Professional ICT certifications are an advantage. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
