About the role
Provide world-class IT support to SpaceX's executive team ensuring state-of-the-art, always-on IT solutions. Manage hardware, software, network issues, and AV support for executive meetings.
What you’ll do
• Provide high-level customer support with ownership and follow-through. • Resolve escalations involving hardware, software, and network issues. • Collaborate with IT, Applications, and Security teams. • Design and support technologies for executives' offices and residences. • Provide AV and conference support for executive meetings.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalency. • 3+ years enterprise IT support experience. • 1+ years executive IT support experience. • Experience with Windows, OS X, iOS, or Android. • Ability to work onsite with extended hours and weekends.
