About the role
Lead enterprise-wide Lean transformation within GE HealthCare’s Office of Heartbeat. Support development and deployment of the Heartbeat Business System aligned with 2030 goals.
What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor Heartbeat Lean Leaders across regions and functions. • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize improvement opportunities. • Co-lead operating reviews, strategy, and priority planning. • Support bootcamps, coaching, and training on Lean fundamentals. • Build Lean capability and manage organizational change.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. • 15+ years general management or Lean leadership experience. • 10+ years Lean capability-building experience. • Knowledge of regulated industries and AI-enabled tools. • Strong facilitation, program management, and change management skills.
