About the role
Design complex wire harnesses and cable assemblies for the X-BAT autonomous UAV platform. Ensure reliability, precision, and performance from concept to deployment.
What you’ll do
• Design wire harnesses and cable assemblies for X-BAT and ground equipment. • Collaborate with electrical engineering on connector selection and design. • Perform electrical, mechanical, and environmental analysis. • Prototype and test harnesses in mission-critical environments. • Lead technicians in building and debugging EWIS system parts.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering. • 0-2 years experience with wire harness designs. • Experience with 3D CAD tools like NX or CATIA. • Knowledge of GD&T and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. • Hands-on harness fabrication or testing experience.
