About the role
Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery of a premium residential estate. Ensure efficient estate operations, resident satisfaction, and asset maintenance.
What you’ll do
• Oversee daily estate operations and administration. • Manage facility maintenance, security, and landscaping. • Coordinate estate staff and service providers. • Monitor estate infrastructure and resolve issues. • Ensure compliance with HSE and estate regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Estate or Property Management. • 7+ years in residential estate or property management. • Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (ESV). • Member of ESVARBON and ESVABON/ESABON. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
