About the role
The Epic Senior Analyst initiates implementation, builds, and modifies complex applications. They collaborate with stakeholders and support junior staff to optimize application function and resolve issues.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to optimize application. • Serve as primary support contact for application end-users. • Initiate design, development, implementation, and maintenance. • Support junior staff in operations and issue resolution. • Participate in testing and document workflow design.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. • Epic Cadence/Referrals, Cheers certification required. • Minimum 5 years healthcare experience. • At least 3 years Epic build experience. • Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
