About the role
Support healthcare system initiatives involving Epic coding applications, workflow optimization, and system configuration. Improve system performance and ensure workflows align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
• Analyze and optimize Epic coding applications and workflows. • Collaborate with HIM, coding, revenue cycle, clinical, and technical teams. • Support Epic build, configuration, enhancements, and upgrades. • Identify and resolve coding workflow issues and system errors. • Develop test plans and technical documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years healthcare IT or Epic coding systems experience. • Active Epic certification for coding applications. • Experience with Epic build, configuration, and troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of coding workflows and HIM operations. • Ability to work independently remotely and travel less than 25%.
