About the role
Plan and sell travel services for entertainment clients including air, ground transport, and accommodation. Manage bookings, ticketing, and provide expert consultation with attention to detail and confidentiality.
What you’ll do
• Plan and sell travel services including air and ground transport. • Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, and reissues. • Service enquiries, bookings and ticketing to BCD standards. • Support post-booking queries and process changes. • Manage multiple complex itineraries and large group movements.
What you’ll bring
• Solid knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures. • Experience with GDS Sabre system. • Strong verbal and written English communication. • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. • Full working rights in Australia.
