About the role
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to showcase Cresta's AI platform to potential customers. Provide technical insights, conduct demos, and support sales cycles with solutioning and validation.
What you’ll do
• Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements. • Lead discovery calls and deliver product demos. • Drive adoption during proof of values with training. • Translate use cases into technical solutions and ROI. • Run ROI workshops and provide product feedback.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years customer-facing experience, 3-5 in technical pre-sales. • Expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms. • Strong work ethic and client engagement skills. • Experience with Salesforce.com and enterprise SaaS. • Passion for technology and simplifying complexity.
