About the role
The Implementation Consultant supports full-cycle delivery of large-scale enterprise deployments of PerfectServe's platform. The role involves project leadership, client engagement, workflow consulting, and technical execution within diverse health systems.
What you’ll do
• Lead workstreams in large-scale enterprise implementations. • Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth execution. • Provide workflow consulting for clinical and operational teams. • Configure advanced workflows and integrate third-party systems. • Develop and deliver training programs for clinical users.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required, engineering or IT preferred. • Prior customer-facing or service experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
