About the role
Manage strategic enterprise accounts to maximize customer value and Net Dollar Retention. Guide customers in analytics and business intelligence to optimize platform use.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers. • Leverage analytics expertise to guide platform optimization. • Develop strategies to maximize Net Dollar Retention. • Advocate customer needs to product team. • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Analytics, or related field. • 7+ years in customer success or account management in SaaS or BI. • Experience with complex enterprise sales environments. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Experience with SQL, data visualization, and cloud analytics platforms.
