About the role
Lead the Enterprise Architecture function and engage in strategic pursuits to align Zip's platform with customer needs. Build foundational assets and bridge GTM and Product teams.
What you’ll do
• Lead discovery with customer CTOs, CIOs, and CPOs. • Create system landscape templates and reference architectures. • Own system integration narrative with ERP systems. • Translate customer requirements into product inputs. • Coach Solution Engineers and Account Executives.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles. • Deep knowledge of intake-to-pay lifecycle and data flow. • Strong command of ERP ecosystem and APIs. • Hands-on with integration architecture and middleware. • Proven success with Fortune 500 customers.
