About the role
Serve as trusted technology advisor and single point of contact for key business lines. Align IT strategy and digital initiatives with business goals and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary technology liaison for assigned business lines. • Understand business strategy and technology pain points. • Develop roadmaps and technology enablement strategies. • Act as technical advocate and escalation point. • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams for solution delivery.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field, Master’s preferred. • 5+ years in technical account management or IT consulting. • Deep understanding of financial services domain. • Strong knowledge of IT architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity. • Experience managing SLAs, vendor relationships, IT compliance.
