About the role
Lead and manage the Engineering/Facilities Maintenance department to ensure smooth facility operations and high guest satisfaction. Promote continuous improvement initiatives and maintain safety standards.
What you’ll do
• Execute strategic vision for Engineering Department. • Lead and mentor maintenance team. • Implement and enforce safety protocols. • Manage department budget and capital projects. • Conduct inspections and liaise with vendors.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years leadership in resort or commercial environment. • Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems. • High school diploma required; degree preferred. • Valid driver’s license; trade licenses preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible schedule.
