About the role
Lead a team of engineers to build next generation AI and machine learning technology for ecommerce fraud prevention. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable systems.
What you’ll do
• Manage, coach and grow engineering team. • Build healthy team culture and recruit new engineers. • Manage stakeholder priorities and communicate transparently. • Drive technical discussions and architecture decisions. • Champion AI tools to improve team efficiency.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years software engineering experience. • 4+ years managing engineers in ML domain. • Strong AI and cloud computing knowledge. • Experience with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, GCP preferred. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
