About the role
Lead the Compose team to develop and scale Mural's AI native product from early access to daily use. Manage engineering quality, reliability, and speed while building a high-performing remote team.
What you’ll do
• Lead, hire, and grow a full-stack engineering team. • Own delivery with fast, experimental shipping cycles. • Partner with Product and Design on roadmap decisions. • Raise engineering craft in testing and observability. • Model remote-first, sustainable work culture.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years managing software engineers. • 5+ years software engineering experience. • Strong technical foundation for architecture and code review. • Bias for experimentation and data-driven decisions. • Experience with LLM-powered features and AI agents.
