About the role
Lead the hardware system validation department building from scratch. Manage validation and reliability testing for physical AI hardware products across multiple industries.
What you’ll do
• Build and scale hardware validation team cross-functionally. • Define and execute system test plans and reliability processes. • Hire and lead electrical, mechanical, software automation, and systems engineers. • Work with customers to translate requirements into test specs. • Develop automated test scripts and software pipelines.
What you’ll bring
• BS or MS in relevant engineering or computer science field. • 10+ years in hardware system validation and reliability engineering. • 5+ years managing cross-functional technical teams. • Experience in consumer electronics and target sectors. • Proficiency in Python, C++, or scripting for test automation.
