About the role
Lead the EDR remediation team to turn offensive findings into defensive actions. Manage hiring, growth, and team collaboration as it scales.

• Lead and mentor backend engineers and security practitioners. • Translate goals into sequenced, deliverable work. • Partner with technical lead and Product on roadmap. • Manage scope actively and unblock the team. • Establish operational discipline and incident response.
What you’ll bring
• Familiarity with EDR or security operations. • Experience leading technical backend or platform teams. • Track record delivering products under fixed dates. • Strong dependency and stakeholder management. • Understanding of security and reliability in SaaS.
