What you’ll do
• Lead squads to deliver customer value end to end. • Drive execution through ambiguity and competing priorities. • Ensure scalable, secure, and well-documented solutions. • Provide coaching and development for direct reports. • Participate in on-call rotation and hire/manage team.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years managing engineers at SaaS companies. • Proven track record of driving execution with ownership. • Strong technical background and architecture experience. • Comfortable with high autonomy and tradeoffs. • Demonstrated AI-native leadership and team building.
