About the role
Lead the AI Transformation engineering team to deliver and maintain AI solutions. Guide architecture and scale the team for agentic AI systems.
What you’ll do
• Lead, coach, and grow AI Transformation engineering team. • Own architecture, delivery, and reliability of AI solutions. • Guide technical decisions on agentic workflows and LLM integration. • Partner with Product and business units for aligned delivery. • Drive CI/CD, observability, and manage technical debt.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years software engineering experience. • 2+ years technical leadership or management. • Experience building LLM-based or agentic AI products. • Strong cloud-native architecture and API design skills. • Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
