What you’ll do
• Lead and grow engineering team. • Own end-to-end delivery and operations. • Run the AI platform as a product. • Shape technical direction and architecture. • Ensure security and compliance of AI platform.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years leading engineering teams. • 7+ years software engineering experience. • Experience with internal platform or developer tooling. • Practical understanding of AI integration. • Fluent English and clear communication.
