About the role
Lead a distributed engineering organisation across the UK and Europe to build and scale Monzo's multi-market European bank. Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive Monzo's European strategy.
What you’ll do
• Lead distributed engineering teams across multiple countries. • Develop Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders. • Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Risk teams. • Drive alignment and execution across teams. • Shape market expansion and regulatory approaches.
