Own how Cresta scopes, prices, and sells professional services across core platform and AI Agent product. Build a repeatable, revenue-generating sales motion for professional services.
What you’ll do
• Own SOW process end-to-end including scope, draft, price, and sell. • Scope AI Agent deployments and core-platform services. • Drive services attach and bookings on new and expansion deals. • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Product to move deals fast. • Build repeatable process, templates, and pricing logic.
What you’ll bring
• 4–10 years in professional services. • 2+ years scoping and selling services engagements. • Track record driving services attach and bookings. • Technical fluency in complex deployments. • Conversational AI/contact-center AI experience preferred.
